Ingredients
Couscous – 200 g
Vegetable or fish broth – 400 ml
Seafood (assorted) – 400 g
Zucchini – 1 pc.
Bulgarian pepper – 1/2 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Directions
Thaw seafood and sauté. Vegetables must be peeled and cut into small cubes, added to seafood, and also fried. Add a little broth, salt and simmer for about 15-20 minutes
Prepare couscous according to the instructions on the package. In my case, it was enough to pour hot broth, stir, leave for 10 minutes. I advise you to carefully observe the proportions.
Mix with a fork and loosen the couscous
Add prepared couscous to vegetables and seafood. Mix gently.
