Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 1 ½ kg apples, sour
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 100 g suar

  • 50 g raisins

For the dough:

  • 300 grams flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 150 g butter, or mararine

For the cast:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet sauce powder, vanilla flavor
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 ml cream

Instructions

  1. For the filling, peel and chop the apples. Stew with the remaining ingredients in a saucepan until soft. Let cool down.
  2. Make a kneading dough out of the dough ingredients and use half of the dough to line a 26 cm springform pan. Pull up the edge. Roll out the second half for the lid and put aside.
  3. Fill the apples into the pan. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and pour over the apples. Cover with the pastry lid.
  4. Bake at 160 ° fan oven or 180 ° top and bottom heat for approx. 35 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar
