Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 150 g butter
  • 60 g powdered suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 500 g apples
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 60 g walnuts, chopped
  • Raisins, to taste
  • Jam, any (e.g. lingonberry)

Instructions

  1. Peel and finely peel the apples and mix with the cinnamon, sugar and raisins.
  2. Knead a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, sugar, egg and cinnamon.
  3. Use 2/3 of the dough to lay out a smaller shape (e.g. square 24) and press up an approx. 2 cm high edge, spread with jam and sprinkle with half the amount of nuts, cover with apples, sprinkle the remaining nuts on top, then cover with the rest of the dough (Roll out the dough to the size of the mold).
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with icing sugar when cold
