  • 1 pack raspberries, frozen
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • Sugar, brown

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen raspberries in a bowl. Whip the cream until stiff, beat the sour cream under the stiff cream. Pour over the raspberries. Scatter the brown sugar over the cream.
  2. Wait a little longer so that the raspberries thaw a little and serve.
