Ingredients

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 1 can kidney beans (425 ml)
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 g minced beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 bags dressing, ready-made (paprika-herbs)
  • 12 tablespoon tomato juice
  • 60 g tortilla (s) (chips)

Instructions

  1. Clean the iceberg lettuce, wash it, drain it well and pluck it into bite-sized pieces. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut into thin wedges. Rinse and drain the beans
  2. to let. Mix everything in a bowl.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper and add to the salad.
  4. Mix the paprika-herb salad sauce with the tomato juice and the remaining olive oil and mix into the salad.
