Ingredients

  • 250 g quark
  • 90 g suar
  • 9 tablespoon oil
  • 8 tablespoon milk
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 500g flour
  • Oil for deep-frying, 2 bottles (approx. 2 kg)
  • 200 g powdered suar for rollin

Instructions

  1. Knead the quark, sugar, 9 tablespoons of oil, milk, egg, baking powder and flour to form a dough. Shape them into small balls.
  2. Put the 2 bottles of oil in a saucepan and let them get hot! Put the dough balls in the hot oil and turn with a slotted spoon until the crumbs are golden brown.
  3. Let cool on kitchen paper. Then roll in powdered sugar.
  4. Tip: The Krppel taste best fresh.
