Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the cream cheese until it becomes a creamy mass. Add the sugar and stir everything for 1 minute. Add the egg and stir into the batter as well. Add the butter-vanilla extract, a little more if you like. Mix the baking powder with the flour and gradually add the mixture to the dough.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the dough onto the sheet in small heaps.
  3. Bake the biscuits at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 9-10 minutes.
