Cream Cheese Frosting

This cream cheese frosting for a cake is just perfect.

Ingredients

  • Butter at room temperature – 60 g
  • Room temperature cream cheese – 1 pack (240 g)
  • Powdered sugar – 230 g
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Beat the butter into a creamy mass.
  2. Add the cream cheese and beat everything again at a slow speed so that the butter is thoroughly mixed with the cheese.
  3. Add the sifted powdered sugar a little bit so that there are no lumps and mix the frosting cream thoroughly.
  4. Cover the cooled cake or cake with the finished glaze.
