Ingredients

  • 75 g bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 400 g oyster mushrooms
  • 200 g cream cheese (double cream settin)
  • 40 ml white wine
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) black pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Cut the breakfast bacon into small cubes and fry in butter until crispy. Add the diced onion and the pressed garlic, sauté.
  2. Clean and cut the oyster mushrooms and sauté them too.
  3. Add the cream cheese and white wine, season with salt, pepper and sugar.
  4. Let cook for 5 minutes, then top with chives cut into small rolls.
  5. Goes well with pasta!
