Ingredients

  • 4 packs cream cheese approx. 200 g each
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper, very hot
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Clean the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Mix with the cream cheese and season with cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
  2. The indication pinch (s) of Cayenne pepper refers to a very hot variant of the chili powder. Experience has shown that the spiciness is different every time you buy the cayenne pepper. It is best to work carefully.
  3. The cream cheese tastes particularly good on sliced olive bread or with baked potatoes, but also with grilled meat.
