- 2 glasses sour cherries
- 4 cups cream curd
- 1 cup cream
- some eggnog
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 4 cups cream
- Chocolate sprinkles

- Drain the sour cherries overnight. You must be completely dry.
- Mix the 4 cups of cream quark with a cup of cream, the vanilla sugar and an eggnog.
- Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Alternately layer the cream with the cherries in a bowl, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles just before serving.
