Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 small onion (s), finely diced
  • Salt and pepper, whiter
  • 3 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream with the sugar. Slowly stir in lemon juice with the whisk until a creamy sauce is formed.
  2. Stir in the onion cubes and season the dressing with salt and pepper, sugar and lemon juice to taste sweet and sour. Fold in the chives rolls.
