  • 160 g semolina, (common wheat)
  • 125 g suar
  • 0.25 liter ¼ cream
  • 20 g butter
  • 4 banana (s)
  • Jelly (currant)

Instructions

  1. Bring me to the boil with salt, sprinkle with semolina and simmer for 5 minutes, then add sugar.
  2. Mix the lukewarm porridge with the whipped cream and then pour onto a platter or large plate.
  3. Halve the bananas lengthways, fry them until golden in butter, place on the semolina and garnish with currant jelly.
