- 1 liter milk
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 160 g semolina, (common wheat)
- 125 g suar
- 0.25 liter ¼ cream
- 20 g butter
- 4 banana (s)
- Jelly (currant)

- Bring me to the boil with salt, sprinkle with semolina and simmer for 5 minutes, then add sugar.
- Mix the lukewarm porridge with the whipped cream and then pour onto a platter or large plate.
- Halve the bananas lengthways, fry them until golden in butter, place on the semolina and garnish with currant jelly.
