Ingredients

  • 4 veal schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon clarified butter
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 200 g cream
  • 2 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • Lemon pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel flat. Season with a little salt and pepper on both sides. Dust with flour thinly.
  2. Heat the clarified butter and fry the meat on both sides for 4 minutes until golden brown. Take out and keep warm.
  3. Loosen the frying stock with white wine. Let the sauce boil down for a few minutes. Stir in the cream and crème fraîche. Put the schnitzel back in. Season to taste with lemon pepper and sugar. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
