Ingredients
- 300 g cream cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 bell pepper (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 100 g Emmentaler

- Put the cream cheese, salt and pepper in a large pan and let the cheese melt on medium heat. Cut the peppers into fine, short strips and add them to the sauce.
- Use a spiral cutter to make the cucumber into a spaghetti shape. As soon as the sauce is creamy, add the cucumber noodles to the pan and stir in.
- As soon as the cucumber is warm, remove it from the pan and distribute it on the plates. Grate the cheese and sprinkle over the cucumber and pepper noodles.
