Ingredients

For covering:

  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 75 g whipped cream
  • 100 g oatmeal

For the dough:

  • 125 g butter
  • 175 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some butter-vanilla flavor
  • 3 egg (s)

For the filling:

  • 375 ml milk
  • 1 pck. Custard powder, with cream flavor
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

  1. For the topping, bring the butter, sugar and cream to a boil in a saucepan. Add oat flakes and bring to the boil again briefly.
  2. Mix the melted butter for the dough with the remaining ingredients. Put the dough in the wells. Spread the oatmeal mixture on top with a spoon. Bake the muffins at 160 ° C for 30 minutes.
  3. For the filling, prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the packet with the quantities specified here. Take the saucepan off the hob and stir in the butter. Let the filling cool down.
  4. Cut the muffins horizontally. Spread the pudding cream on the lower part of the muffin using a piping bag in the shape of a snail. Place the upper half on top and cool.
