  • 100 ml oat milk (oat drink)
  • 1 g matcha tea
  • 1 teaspoon linseed oil

Instructions

  1. The banana and carrot are cut into coarse pieces, put in a blender with the remaining ingredients and mixed in about 1 minute to a creamy, homogeneous structure.
  2. The time varies depending on the mixer. If your blender takes longer, it is best to add 2 ice cubes. Then the smoothie won`t get too warm.
