  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 50 ml cream
  • Butter flakes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into fine leaves. Save the fresh kohlrabi leaves.
  2. Put the kohlrabi in a saucepan, season with a little salt and a pinch of sugar and let it steep.
  3. After 8 to 10 minutes, add a few flakes of butter and gently cook covered in its own juice for about 7 to 8 minutes at a low temperature.
  4. Then add the cream and the small kohlrabi leaves cut into strips.
