  • 1 Hokkaido pumpkin (se)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • some olive oil
  • caraway powder
  • paprika powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the pumpkin, cut in half, remove the seeds and finely grate the pulp.
  2. Chop the onion and press the garlic. Sweat with the grated pumpkin in a little oil and simmer over medium heat for about 20 - 30 minutes with the lid on until it is soft and creamy. Stir again and again so that nothing burns.
  3. Season with plenty of caraway seeds, paprika powder, salt and pepper. Form cams with two spoons and serve as a side dish.
  4. Goes very well with pork. Can also be served as a spread.
  5. Approx. 450 Kcal per serving.
