Ingredients
- 400 g strawberries
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 200 g cream
- 2 packs vanilla sugar

- Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Puree the strawberries and mix with the quark. Fold in the cream and add sugar to taste. Chill until ready to eat.
