Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 250 ml whipped cream
- 1 large lemon (s), add the juice
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 5 mandarin (s)

- Clean the lettuce, cut into individual leaves, wash and drain or spin dry. Remove the hard ribs and tear the leaves into small pieces.
- Mix the cream with lemon juice and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Peel the mandarins and divide them into wedges, cut them into small pieces and fold them in.
- Place the iceberg lettuce on a plate and spread the tangerine sauce over it or mix the salad with the sauce in a large bowl.
