Ingredients
- 1 point noodles, (no matter which)
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), peeled
- some tomato paste
- salt
- pepper
- 1 handful basil, (dried)
- some oregano
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 handful cheese (grated Emmentaler)

- Since the sauce doesn`t take up much time, put on the pasta water. When the water boils, add the pasta.
- Rub a pan with half of the toe, add the cream and tomatoes and simmer for approx. 3-5 minutes.
- Now mix the tomato paste with the basil, oregano, salt and pepper and squeeze in half of the garlic clove. Stir everything until smooth and add to the pan. Stir everything again until smooth and simmer for about 10 minutes at a medium to slightly higher temperature. In the last two minutes, add the Emmentaler and stir constantly until the Emmentaler has melted.
