- 100 ml water
- 50 ml rapeseed oil
- 6 tablespoon yeast flakes
- 3 tablespoon paprika (s), grilled, pickled
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper

- Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes and steam them in the water without salt until the cubes are quite soft. Puree together with the remaining ingredients in a blender to a smooth mass.
- Tip: If you briefly heat the dip in the microwave before serving, it will become a little more liquid again.
