  • 100 ml water
  • 50 ml rapeseed oil
  • 6 tablespoon yeast flakes
  • 3 tablespoon paprika (s), grilled, pickled
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes and steam them in the water without salt until the cubes are quite soft. Puree together with the remaining ingredients in a blender to a smooth mass.
  2. Tip: If you briefly heat the dip in the microwave before serving, it will become a little more liquid again.
