Ingredients

  • 250 g quark (semi-fat)
  • 250 g natural yourt
  • 2 dl cream
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 2 orange (s)
  • possibly almond (s) (leaves)

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with the quark, yogurt and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Peel, quarter and thinly slice the oranges. Put the cream in a measuring beaker and whip until stiff, then stir loosely into the quark cream with a fork.
  3. Alternately fill four tall glasses with quark cream and orange slices, top with oranges and garnish the cream with flaked almonds if desired.
  4. Chill for an hour before serving.
