Ingredients
- 150 ml milk
- 2 egg (s)
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon raisins, in rum
- 0.5 ½ lemon (juice and zest)
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 apples, (Boskop or similar)

- Make a crepe dough from milk, flour, eggs, salt and butter, leave to rest for 1/2 hour.
- Peel and dice the apples, mix with lemon juice, zest and rum raisins. Carefully boil the sugar into caramel. Add the apples and cook for 5 minutes. Bake the crepe and fill it with the caramelized apples. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and maybe add a spoonful of whipped cream with cinnamon.
