  • 150 g rains, mixed
  • 30 g sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a bowl with a fork. Add the grain mixture and the salt and stir well. Spread this viscous mass on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and shape it into a rectangle the size of A4. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Immediately cut into pieces and let cool down.
