Ingredients

  • 300 g whole wheat or spelled flour
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • 30 g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch baking powder

Instructions

  1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough. Roll out thinly on a greased tray (or baking paper) and sprinkle lightly with sesame seeds (roll over again).
  2. Cut into rectangles or strips and prick each piece with a fork.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 220 ° C (hot air a little less!).
  4. Keep unlocked, otherwise the crispbread will be soft!
