  • 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry and cut into 2 cm wide strips. Season with salt and pepper and rub in the mustard. Squeeze the lemons and sweeten the juice with sugar. Make a marinade from lemon juice, olive oil, paprika powder, ginger powder, curry and nutmeg, coat the fillets with it and let it steep for 2-3 hours. Place the chicken strips on wooden skewers in the shape of an accordion and fry them on the grill.
