Ingredients

  • 1 jar olives, filled, green
  • 10 slices bacon, small, thinly sliced
  • 250 ml beer, light
  • 100 grams flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • a bit salt
  • Oil, for deep-frying

Instructions

  1. Wrap ten olives with a slice of bacon each and fry briefly in the deep fryer and drain on kitchen paper.
  2. For the dough, mix the flour, egg, salt and beer together and dip the remaining olives in the dough with a fork and fry them.
  3. Then drain on kitchen paper.
  4. After cooling, prick on skewers (toothpicks) and serve in small bowls.
