  • 1 large pointed pepper
  • 10 Brussels sprouts, fresh or frozen
  • 0.5 ½ leek stick (s)
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the raw potatoes and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes, remove and allow to cool.
  2. Cut the pointed peppers into strips. Halve the Brussels sprouts. Cut the leek into rings.
  3. Heat some olive oil in a large pan and fry the cooled potato cubes for about 10 minutes while turning until golden brown. Add the paprika, Brussels sprouts and a little later the leek and continue to fry for approx. 10 minutes while turning. If necessary, add more olive oil in between. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toasted (wholemeal) bread goes well with it.
