Ingredients

  • 4 slices toast
  • 150 g cheese, rated
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ mustard, hotter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Pepper, black
  • possibly pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat hot air to 200 degrees.
  2. Mix together the cheese, egg yolk, mustard and paprika powder, season with pepper. Brush the toast with the cream and place them next to each other on a wire rack. Bake for about 6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Cut the bread into triangles and, depending on your taste, garnish with small pieces of pineapple
