Crostini with Zucchini and Roquefort Cheese Ingredients

  • Bread or baguette
  • Thin zucchini 1-2 pcs
  • Thyme (fresh) 1-2 sprigs
  • Roquefort 0.5 tablespoon for 1 loaf
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Crostini with Zucchini and Roquefort Cheese Instructions

  1. Put the Roquefort cheese on the crispbread and bake in the oven until golden brown or until crisp.
  2. Fry the garlic and thyme in olive oil and butter (1-2 min.). Take them out.
  3. Put the zucchini cut into thin slices in a preheated pan for 1-2 minutes. Remove the croutons and place the zucchini on them.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, pour with lemon juice and you can also add olive oil.
