Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, eggs and milk with a whisk to a thin batter and add a pinch of salt. If you like it sweet, you can also add a little sugar. Let the dough rest for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and fry the crepes. If you have a well-coated pan, you don`t need any oil.
  3. I got 12 small crêpes (15 cm in diameter) from the above amount of dough. Completely sufficient for 2 people. If the crepes are served as dessert, the amount is enough for 4 people.
  4. Peel, core and dice the apples. Put some water in a saucepan, add diced apples, raisins, cinnamon and sugar. Now boil everything down until the apples are soft and a mixture of puree and apple pieces is created.
  5. Put the puree on the crepes, roll them up and enjoy.
  6. Calories (preparation with 3.5% milk and a total of 50 g sugar):
  7. approx. 140 kcal / crepe
  8. approx. 840 kcal / portion (6 crepes).
