  • 0.5 ½ cup wholemeal spelled flour
  • 0.5 ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted, cooled
  • Butter or oil, for baking

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well in the mixer, strain through. Chill for 2 hours.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan.
  3. Put half a ladle full for each crepe in the pan at an angle. Let it melt very thinly. Bake for 1 minute on each side.
  4. I always take double the portion.
