Ingredients

  • 7 tablespoon flour
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon margarine, large heaped
  • 1 pck.pudding powder, vanilla, cook according to the instructions (but without sugar)

For the sprinkles:

  • 5 tablespoon flour
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • Fruit your choice

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough ingredients together well. The dough should be moist but not stick to your hands.
  2. Then grease a springform pan, lay out the dough on it and pull up a small edge.
  3. Spread the cooked pudding on top (do not let it cool down completely). Spread the fruit of your choice on top and finally top it with the crumble.
  4. Bake in the oven on the middle rack at 170 degrees for about 45-55 minutes.
  5. Double the amount is enough for one tray. The cake does not rise very far when baking, you could also use a tart pan.
