Ingredients

  • 275 g butter or mararine
  • 500g flour
  • 350 grams sugar
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 500 g cherry (s)
  • 500 g quark, (low-fat quark)
  • 75 ml milk
  • 75 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated (grated zest it)
  • 1 tablespoon flour, (for dusting)
  • Powdered sugar, (for dusting)
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Melt the fat and let it cool down. Knead with flour, 250g sugar, ground almonds, egg yolk, cinnamon and salt to a crumbly dough. Cover and chill for approx. 30 minutes.
  2. Stone the cherries. Mix the low-fat quark with milk, cream, vanilla sugar, custard powder, 100g sugar, eggs and lemon peel until smooth.
  3. Grease a springform pan (26cm in diameter). Spread 2/3 of the crumble dough in it and press down. Spread quark mixture on top. Dust the cherries with flour and spread on the quark.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 45 - 50 minutes. Spread the remaining crumble on the cake about 30 minutes before the end of the baking time.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar.
