Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers in red, yellow and green
- 2 large onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- some oil, virgin coconut oil for frying
- 150 ml soy cream (soy cream cuisine)
- some herb salt
- Pepper, fresh from the mill

- Remove the pips from the kernels and the light-colored partitions and cut into strips. Peel the onions and cut lengthways into strips. Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices.
- Heat coconut oil in the pan and sweat the onion and garlic in it, add the soy cream and peppers, bring to the boil and finish cooking in about 10 - 12 minutes. Season to taste with herb salt and pepper.
- This goes well with rice or pasta.
