Ingredients

  • 20 g lupine flour
  • 10 g polenta
  • 15 g luten
  • 20 g wheat flour, 550
  • 2 g bakin powder
  • 2 g salt
  • some pepper, fresh from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
  • 1 teaspoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, virgin
  • 50 ml water
  • some oil, (coconut oil), native for frying

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly mix all dry and all wet ingredients separately in a bowl and then add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and knead thoroughly. Shape the mixture into 2 sausages.
  2. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and fry the sausages well on all sides over low heat. This takes about 8 minutes.
  3. Depending on the side dish, the sausages are enough for one or two servings. I also had fried potatoes and white cabbage.
