Ingredients
- 200 g oatmeal
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 50 g almond (s), peeled
- 2 pinches cinnamon
- 2 pinches vanilla, ground
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 100 g raisins

- Mix the oat flakes with the sunflower seeds and coconut flakes. Coarsely grate the almonds. Stir into the flakes with the cinnamon and vanilla.
- Heat the oil and honey in a pan and briefly bring to the boil. Pour in the flake mixture and stir quickly, then roast for approx. 5 minutes. Add the raisins and stir in, roast for another 5 minutes on a low heat. Let cool and store in a sealable container.
- Eat with yogurt and / or seasonal fruit.
