  • 2 egg whites, whisked
  • 2 teaspoons fish seasoning
  • 4 fish fillet (s)
  • 250 g breadcrumbs, seasoned

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, egg white and fish seasoning. Turn the fish in it and bread it with the breadcrumbs. Press the breading on well.
