Ingredients

  • 200 g butter
  • 300 g honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 g oat flakes, crunchy
  • 250 g oatmeal, tender
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 50 g hazelnuts, coarsely round

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter, honey and salt in a large saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Knead briefly with your hands.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the mixture on it and press it into an even, 1 cm thick plate. Lightly pre-punch the granola bars with the dough scraper. Put in the cold oven and then bake at 150 ° C for about 35 minutes.
  3. Only cut into bars after they have cooled down.
