Ingredients
- 60 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g sesame seeds
- 50 g almond (s)
- 120 g oat flakes, crusty
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 25 g suar, brown
- 25 g water
- 25 g cremefine
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

- Mix together the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, crispy oat flakes and pumpkin seeds.
- Heat the sugar, water, Cremefine and olive oil in a saucepan.
- Mix the liquid with the seeds and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-30 minutes, turning in between (attention, it can turn brown quickly!). Take out of the oven to cool down.
- For me and my 2 children that is enough for almost a week and is always eaten in yogurt for breakfast.
