Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 6 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes, let them cool and peel them.
  2. Cut the radishes into slices. Halve the cucumber lengthways and cut into slices. Finely dice the onions. Cut the chives into rings.
  3. Mix the vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar together. Mix in the oil, add onion cubes and chives rings.
  4. Slice the potatoes and mix with the vinaigrette. Add the radishes and cucumber slices and leave to stand, covered, for approx. 30 minutes.
  5. Season the salad again to taste and serve.
