Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), with organic, preferably with the skin
- 8 large radishes, approx.
For the dressing:
- 2 teaspoons, heaped mustard, medium hot
- 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon walnut oil
- 2 tablespoon water
- salt and pepper
- sweetener
- 1 tablespoon radish leaves (radish green), chopped

- Wash the cucumber and radishes and cut into thin slices. Place the slices in a fan shape on 2 plates. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Now pour the dressing over the slices and serve.
