Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s), with organic, preferably with the skin
  • 8 large radishes, approx.

For the dressing:

  • 2 teaspoons, heaped mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon walnut oil
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • salt and pepper
  • sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon radish leaves (radish green), chopped

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumber and radishes and cut into thin slices. Place the slices in a fan shape on 2 plates. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Now pour the dressing over the slices and serve.
