Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 500 g salmon fillet (s), fresh, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oil, (no olive oil, preferably safflower)
  • 8 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, brown
  • 2 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • Dill, fresher
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber so that it creates a striped pattern and slice it into fine slices. Put on a plate / plate.
  2. Fry the diced salmon fillet.
  3. Reduce the balsamic vinegar with the sugar in a pan for about 3 minutes.
  4. Place the fried salmon on top of the cucumber, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over the balsamic vinegar reduction, sprinkle with chopped dill.
  5. Serve with wasabi and roasted ciabatta.
