Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch radishes

For the sauce:

  • 1 small onion (s), (white)
  • 1 bunch dill
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon, dried
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar, (raspberry vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 3 tablespoon sour cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion and place in a salad bowl. Add salt, pepper, mustard, tarragon and mix with the tablespoon of vinegar. Then add soy sauce and oil and stir again. Finally stir in the sour cream and the finely chopped dill.
  2. Slice the washed, not peeled cucumber on the vegetable slicer into very thin slices and add to the salad dressing. Also cut the radishes into the finest leaves.
  3. Let the salad steep for a while (half an hour).
  4. Goes well with schnitzel or grilled meat.
