Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber (s), peeled, pitted, approx. 450 g
  • 3 tomato (s) à 150 g, peeled, pitted, cut into strips
  • 1 small bell pepper (s), red, peeled, pitted, diced into small pieces
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 Table spoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ honey, more liquid
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled pepper, white, finely ground
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper and dill, pat dry and prepare as described in the list of ingredients. Put in a bowl and set aside for a moment.
  2. Put the sour cream with the other ingredients in a blender jar, stir everything with a small whisk and season with salt.
  3. Mix the salad with the sour cream dressing and let it steep for another 30 minutes.
