Insanely simple and delicious! Very fragrant, delicate curd braid with jam and raisins. Everyone will be delighted! Cook two servings at once!
Ingredients
For the Dough:
Curd 9% – 150 g
Vegetable oil – 40 ml
Egg – 1 pc.
Wheat flour – 200 g
Sugar – 50 g
Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
Salt – 1/3 teaspoon
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon.
For filling:
Jam (any, I have an orange one) – 3 tbsp
Raisins – 100 g
Butter – 30 g
Directions
Put cottage cheese (soft) in a bowl, add sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, egg, vegetable oil, mix with an immersion blender
Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl with curd mass.
Knead soft dough. Put the dough in a bag and leave it on the table for 10 minutes.
Wash the raisins and dry them with a paper towel. Roll out the curd dough into a 3 mm thick rectangle. Grease the rolled dough with jam and sprinkle with raisins.
We roll the dough with the filling into a roll, pinch the edge. We cut the roll longitudinally in the middle, not reaching the upper edge.
We fold it into a pigtail (we twist the two parts of the roll together).
Line the baking dish with parchment paper. We spread the curd braid into a mold. Put small pieces of butter on top. We bake curd cake with raisins and jam in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes (focus on your oven). We determine the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick – it should come out dry.
