Curd Brownie Ingredients

  • Chocolate – 280 Grams
  • Butter – 180 Grams
  • Egg – 4 Pieces
  • Sugar – 250 Grams
  • Flour – 180 Grams
  • Soda – 0.5 Teaspoon
  • Cottage cheese – 500 grams
  • Milk – 50 Grams

Curd Brownie Instructions

  1. Melt 180 grams of butter and chocolate together. Cool until warm.
  2. Beat 2 eggs with 100 g sugar. Add 180 g flour and baking soda.
  3. Pour in the chocolate mass and stir until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a baking dish and spread over the bottom.
  5. For the curd filling, mix 500 g of curd, 2 eggs and 150 g of sugar. Pour this mixture over the chocolate batter. Spoon the dough a couple of times to mix the two doughs slightly. Put the cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  6. For the chocolate glaze, melt 100 g of chocolate and milk.
  7. Pour the icing over the cake and refrigerate until it cools completely.
