  • 250 g sour cream

  • 1 bunch chives, fresher

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the chives and onion. Mix the curd cheese and sour cream well with the onion and chives to a creamy mass. Season with salt and pepper and a pinch of paprika powder and let it steep in the refrigerator for several hours.
